With tears in our eyes, I parted my mom and dad and took control
of my baby and luggage and checked in to reach my home.
Well, with husband abroad, still a week's time to join me, my parents
were quiet scared as to how will I handle things. I have realized one thing in
life, if you are the youngest, you remain youngest for your parents like
forever. My parents think that my twenty one month old daughter is more
sensible than me. Hahah that's my parents.
Well, on reaching halfway, I made my daughter eat Idli from a good
looking counter at the airport. Then she had her regulars - biscuits. We
reached fine and one night and next day crossed. In evening, my little one
started throwing up and till 7 'o' clock next morning, she did it more than
fifteen times.
I rushed her to the doctors got her admitted, she was on drip till
evening and then I got a forceful discharge (doctor wanted us to stay, I wanted
to leave and I did leave.)
Everything got back to normal and it made me think what she had
which reacted so bad and the answer was IDLI.
1. Idli is made from fermented raw material - Who can tell how
much fermenting is good?
2. The taste of idli is sour - who can tell if it is spoilt or it
has the natural tang?
These two cannot be answered and the following is just a result
-
How much can a baby bear?
I did this mistake. You be careful.
Idli is the best kind of food for everyone but it has its own
limitations.
Ghar mein banao, Ghar ka khao!
Well, I learnt it hardway, other mothers be careful!
